ICT strategy


InfoCumulus was engaged in developing a consistent, companywide ICT strategy for HT Mostar. ICT strategy was developed through three layers:

Strategy perspective – develop telecom specific ICT Go To Market strategy including:

  • Entering into the ICT business market
  • Operational model for ICT business
  • ICT Services portfolio
  • Design of Telco 2.0 strategic framework – identification of threats and opportunities for telecom operator
  • Development of product roadmap for Telco 2.0 with emphasis on OTT and M2M opportunities
  • Partner management framework
  • Design of partner incubator – convergence of academic institutions, technology startups and ICT clusters into entrepreneurial community

Process perspective – develop process models for different groups of processes:

  • Design of core ICT processes
  • Partner management processes and assessment criteria
  • Key CRM processes – marketing, sales and customer service

Technology perspective:

  • Cloud computing fundamentals and technology requirements
  • TOGAF model
  • ICT service models: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS
  • OSS / BSS systems integration
  • ICT Strategy of HT Mostar
