InfoCumulus developed dozen of ICT Strategies for telecom companies, enabling them to compete on cloud services markets. IC also analyzed existing competencies and potential partnerships in order to provide comprehensive Go-To-Market strategies and operational plans.Besides that, InfoCumulus worked on three ICT Strategy project for public administration. On national level, we provide guidance for development of national ICT strategy. On regional level, we developed two comprehensive ICT strategies for Dubrovnik-Neretva County and for Zagreb County, enabling them for digital transformation and open government concept.
Our “digital transformation” project starts from the basics – analysis of existing process and IT systems through interviews with key users and documentation review. In order to develop your plan to digital enterprise 2.0, we are putting special emphasize to plans for improvement in all processes and existing IT roadmap. After assessment of AS-IS situation and capturing information about plans for future, we are developing comprehensive roadmap of IT projects based on your maturity level and investment plan. Additional, we’ll help you to recognize and evaluate implementation risks in such initiative with focus on end user adoption.
Go-To-Market Strategies provides analysis for digital goods and services on both sides of the market – supply and demand. Usually, projects starts with demand side, defining target market and their needs. Result of market analysis is defined demand for services on target markets. After that, we pinpoint the gaps on the supply side, identifying the potential for partnership with service providers who can deliver needed services.
Mostly done for telecom industry and their ICT services, we also did several projects for companies from other industries who wanted to monetize their digital assets.
Business consulting services to IT providers are focused on helping technology vendors to react on market changes faster and to develop consistent approach to market. Especially when talking about new operating models which include offer of cloud services, there is need for detailed internal organization analysis and objective market sizing assessment. Our role is to help you to analyze and identify target markets, evaluate organizational implications of introducing new services, build framework for eventual partner engagement, develop pricing & packaging model for new services and align marketing efforts with customer expectations.
IT consultancy project tend to be technology agnostic, unless customers explicitly demands other approach.
The goal of the project was to identify business needs for ICT solutions, by directly asking consumers in key industry verticals through series of interviews. Together with InfoCumulus we’ve developed product roadmap and implementation plan. As we are aware that telecom as cloud providers needs to cooperate with local ISV partners, we put special emphasize in project deliverables on development of ICT partner strategy, processes and operative tasks.
In order to assess and identify market potential for Croatian Telekom in terms of cloud services, application software, and infrastructure solutions, we have successfully carried out a comprehensive market research in Croatia in cooperation with InfoCumulus. Project consists of an analysis of global trends and forecasts in the cloud segment with qualitative research, and macroeconomic analysis of industrial verticals. We have successfully identified five industrial business verticals, with the aim of developing a service based portfolio for solutions provided by partners and by Croatian Telecom.
